A patient presented to my clinic with a brain tumour considered inoperable in KPK as close to speech area on the left side. The patient was operated by me and had 95% resection of tumour. He had radiotherapy at IRNUM now back at work and working normally.
His Sons letter at school was shared by his mother. This is why I am a neurosurgeon thanks be to Allah the all mighty. Pre and post op images are also attached.
Ruptured brain aneurysms. I am one of a few surgeons in the region including KPK who can treat this surgically. Here are some shots from the last case. Patient was Grade 1 with ruptured ACOM aneurysm. Discharged home 3 rd post op day.

I performed the first ever endoscopic posterior fossa arachnoid cyst surgery in the region. This 7 yr old was brought to me by her parents as I am the only endoscopic neurosurgeon in this region. She has made a good recovery, thanks be to Allah.
